I love engagement shoots. In recent years, I’ve seen an increase in the number of couples opting for engagement sessions and I think it’s a lovely idea to capture the glow and excitement of a newly engaged couple. In addition to having the photos to share with family and friends, it’s also great to incorporate these photos on your wedding day. Frame a bunch of the photos and place them on your place card table or include them as part of your table decor. Trust me, your guests will LOVE seeing them!
I especially love looking at fun engagement photos where the couples are doing something that they love. It makes us all love our couple a bit more.
When I received this submission from Creative Event Studio, I became smitten with this couple because you just get a sense of calm and all around coolness from them. I can so see myself sharing a beer and laugh with them!
Creative Event Studio was awesome enough to share a few words with us about the couple…….
Camille is a free-spirited artist (who also happens to be a make-up artist, please see here), Cody is laid back and calm. He brings sense to Camille’s chaos and she infuses their days with whimsy. Together they are filled with love, laughter, and stay busy living life.
For their engagement session we asked them to bring things that represented who they are. Camille brought a painting she was working on and Cody brought his guitar. We spent our spring Saturday lounging in the park while Camille painted and Cody supplied the soundtrack.
Thanks so much to Creative Event Studio and we wish Camille & Cody a lifetime of fun, laughter, and happiness!
